Very good app, this is my favourite free accordion FAQ page app. It looks professional and lets you insert shortcode to a new page.

The app does not support the native store language functionality that Shopify provides, so you can't translate your FAQ page unless you get support from the developers. They fixed it within 30 min though. Nice. Eventhough you don't need translations, the free plan won't be useful for 99% of store owners due to the limitations. To developers: I think you could improve your app by focusing on the UX. The developers are fast responding to the inquiries.

I think there's something wrong with this app. My FAQs are published on ALL product pages even after telling support that I need it to be published on just one specific product. The FAQs are all over the place and even in irrelevant product pages. In addition, every time I hit "publish," the app stalls.
We fixed the problem and replied you but you did not response!
I love the upgrade, but most importantly, I love the customer service. Any time that I've had a question, I would receive a response within less than 24 hours and to me, that means so much more....and the app is amazing!!
