This app and its developer, Bhushan, are fantastic! He has been so prompt at answering every question I have had thus far and I'm sure will have in the future. I couldn't recommend this app enough, it looks amazing on our website and integration was super simple!

Bhushan, the developer, is EXCELLENT. I ran into an issue switching themes and really could not figure out how to fix the issue I had. They jumped in, offered to fix it for me, followed up, got everything running. This is TOP NOTCH SERVICE and someone that actually cares. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I had not even finished setting the app up and they contacted me through my own chat feature. Exceptional customer support and even better functionality! This is how an app and customer support team should operate.
I've tried many FAQ apps, but I think this app is the simplest and provides all the necessary features conveniently. I could set up all the functions very easily by myself, and once I set it up, I never had to touch it anymore since it was perfectly set up!
As my website was reorganized recently, I got help with the search bar color. I contacted the developer, and he fixed all the issues super quickly!

I love the simplicity of this app. Took all of 5 minutes to set up my FAQ page and I LOVE how the overall layout works. I'm still wrapping my head around Shopify but this app was super easy and support was great with answering a question I had, a response in a few hours despite the time difference from Australia to the US. 10/10 recommend!
