Thanks for providing an easy to install and set up FAQ application - and it does what we need for our site without any issues.

I have only needed support once and that turned out to be a Shopify issue, but I had an immediate response.

It was super easy to create an FAQ page with this app. I used 3 other bigger name apps before trying this one, and I wish I used this first. I wasted a lot of time with other apps that didn’t have the features I need. This one is fully customizable, straightforward, easy to make changes, easy to add to Shopify store navigation, and FAST customer service. Can’t say enough good! Highly recommend.

This app has been a huge asset to streamlining our customer support efforts. Not only does it work wonderfully from a functional standpoint, but it also looks great as well. Ive tried other FAQ apps but this one is by far easier to use. As a small business owner building a FAQ page takes time from my busy day. Knowing how important having a well functioning FAQ page is for customers and by using this app has saved time on me and looks great!

i would give this app 10 stars if i could to be honest. i have installed and uninstalled so many app that promised they were so user friendly, and im not even that bad with figuring things out normally. However EASY FAQ omg was THE EASIEST, MOST SELF EXPLANATORY & STRAIGHT FORWARD faq app i ever tired. I have no idea what made me click it but i am so glad i did. And as soon as i downloaded it they sent me a message and were ready to assist with any questions i had, showed me ways i could customize things based on my site theme (yes, they actually took time, went on my site and got my color code for me and everything) & then of course helped me install the link. Thank you so much for everything guys =)) Wish this app much success

Incredible support and overall experience. We had to unexpectedly switch from another app and even though I was really stressing out Bhushan made the transition easy. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This app, Easy FAQ, is easy to use, visually great looking on our website, and absolutely fantastic! And the customer support is truly incredible. Bhushan was quick in answering questions and very knowledgeable. The app is great and so is customer support!!! Thank you!
