Their customer service was amazing, very thorough in explaining me the confusing stuff. Shout out to Sir Philip, he was excellent in assisting me with all of my needs and concerns about customizing and stuff. I'm grateful for his help.

Jasmine was an incredible help for me working on setting up discounts and offers. She was incredibly kind, supportive and understanding of me during my less tech savvy moments. The system itself is easy to use and quick to grasp, but the Customer Support is second-to-none in how conscientious and helpful they were.

In theory the functionality is good, but the UI design is terrible. There are some really basic aspects of UI best practices that are missing - like minimizing clicks, making prices obvious so people don't have to do math, etc. We asked them to fix it and they said no, so we're changing to another app...
