My customers were receiving an error at checkout and the orders were begin abandoned. Cara responded within minutes with a detailed explanation and recommendations to solve the issue.

The customer support was great. I could receive good customer support in timely manner through the chat and emails, when I post some questions on setting-up.

This app is perfect for us, it does exactly what we needed it to do for our website! Cara is the best!

Live human interaction (what a concept) with an intro demo walking you through the entire setup process. Cara - was incredible and available post demo! Their step-by-step video makes for an easy install. Since Amazon dropped the MCF App ByteStand's picking up a ton of new business. I noticed that you have to be sure to include two new fields in the Bulk Editor step: "Track Quantity" (do this first) and then "Fullmennt Service" fields - in that order. Cara will point this out during the demo! Great customer service!!

So far this app is amazing and I can tell will save us tons of time manually fulfilling our website orders via Amazon Fulfillment. Straightforward and without the frills I was up and running very quickly. If your products are shipped by Amazon FBA this App is highly recommended. All of Amazon’s shipping rates are calculated through the app so no more need to guess the shipping rates based on product weights.

I was very please with the support I received, their customer service is great. Initially had some issues sync’ing the MWS details from Amazon but after messaging ByteStand support I received a prompt response and we got it all set up! Very happy. FBA Shipping by ByteStand is highly recommended.
