Cara has been an amazing help!, I wish I could give her 10,000 stars. She helped me fulfill blocked orders via FBA. She also educated me along the way on the process and followed up with an email with a video link and a breakdown of what was done for the future just incase I had to go ahead and take a look back in the future. I'm very happy with this app as it has made triggering Amazon FBA shipments automatic. I have no issues with the app at all and have used it for close to two years now. I'm especially appreciative of Cara who patiently helped me recently troubleshoot an issue, which turned out to be on the Amazon side and not related to the app at all.
