As simple to use an configure as any other Shopify setting. Instant customer support. Works perfectly, easily recommended.
It's great app integrated with Fedex. The support rep was very nice as he helped me how to use the app very detail by zoom meeting. Appreciated!

The plugin itself does everything we need it to do, especially since we use One Rate, and it was recommended to us by our FedEx sales rep based on their clients' feedback. Regarding support & customer service, Shashi responded almost immediately after I submitted a ticket, and was able to help fix my problem right away.
