PH Ship Rate & Track for FedEx

Can be a little tricky, but works well and great customer service! I had an issue and got it fixed over zoom within 30 minutes!

Having everything in one place makes doing business much easier and time efficient.

great for others but please cancel this so i am not charged . its too difficult for us new users . i don't want this service

The team has been really great to work with - they are incredibly responsive to our requests. They will get on a zoom with you anytime to troubleshoot! Also very friendly and readily responsive via email support.

The support has been nothing but amazing. As I am new to Shopify and shipping, I've thrown a thousand questions and issues at them and they never fail to respond with a solution or guidance. Most of the time the responses are almost immediate, and even on weekends. Even when the issues I had ended up not being caused by the app. Thank you and great job to Touseef, Sagar, and the team behind the app. Highly recommended!

They still charge my money after uninstalling

Can't believe how easy it was to just input a bit of info and start using Fedex labels. I tried the manual route of going through fedex. Trust me, you don't want to try that route. You'll save an enourmous amount of time and money using this app (you don't need the advanced shopify plan to use this app, you do to connect fedex through the traditional route.) Fast and professional customer service. I hope to be a long term customer.

App is easy to set up and works seamlessly with our store. I have spoke to support a number of times and every time they have been great
