I would highly recommend Fera Product Reviews. It works really well with customers and the recent updates to the API allows for some nice customisation with our brand and store theme. I was able to import my reviews from my ETSY shops with ease using FERA. I really enjoyed having the step by step assistance the app provided since my tech skills are minimal!
Ive had a great experience with Fera so far! Ive been using there automated email system to get more reviews and photos on my site. Its been really easy to use and it works well!

Awesome design, and display. Better than any other review app i tried, my reviews are just loading slow, if someone from the support could please help me I would appreciate it
I found this app through Google and I am so glad I found it. My only regret is not find it earlier.
My store looks so pretty and it makes so much more sense paying for their fees over paying for trustpilot (extremely expensive and overrated).
Money is not even the issue. But the widgets from trustpilot are so ugly and not aesthetic pleasing.
This app can customize the reviews to perfectly your website and looks so high end and customized. Not to say how amazing their customer service is! I basically spent the whole afternoon requesting changes from them and they were so quick to do every single one of them with so much efficiency! Im grateful i found this app!

Just how customer service should be super helpful team and my best experience so far with a shopify app. The free plan offers a lot of value and I upgraded to a paid plan to support this team as I think they are doing things right
