Overall good review app, have had a bug where a customer couldn't review the specific product they bought
Holden was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, addressing all the questions I had with patience and clarity. Thanks to his assistance, I feel confident in continuing to use this app. Although there was a recent update that initially confused me, Holden stepped in and provided the guidance I needed.

Really liking the app so far! It's been about 2 weeks since I first used it and I like how I can send a email to my customers and incentivize them with a discount code for leaving a review. It's a win win.
