Great app to optimize conversions, upsell and build trust. The app is also very easy to use and gain insights of customer journeys.
Easy to setup. Easy to import reviews. Really looks seamless without a lot of problems. Highly recommend.
A very good app and I love that you can use the revies widget with photo reviews for free. It also automatically matched my store colours and fonts
Fera is great. Installed and had it running in 30 minutes. Intuitive and simple. Love the HTML tag feature to get widgets right where I want them on my custom site.

I just installed it, trying this out and so far so good. This is an amazing tool, and customer service is fast and super friendly. There is stuff that could improve on the platform, but I mean. I recommend this 100%. If you need to add in reviews, images and send email to previous customer. THIS IS YOUR TOOL! get it now. I swear, I have been searching for weeks and finally found what I was looking for. I will leave a further review in few weeks times. Thanks!

Pathetic app. I can't change users. The verification email never shows up. Now I will have to find another app that can actually work.
