Fera.ai has ALL of the features needed to drive urgency, build social proof, and smooth out any kinks in the customer's conversion path. I use it on all my stores.

The UI of the app is great but there are really bugs everywhere. I had to message support every step of the way. Finally a display bug had to be looked at by their IT. It's been 3 days without any feedback, after 3 days of trying to get it set up. Moving to one of the many other competitors, please test your apps before launching.

Usefull in some cases and easy to use, i guess it can be improved on the design customization area. keep it going!

Really Nice & Easy to Use. Only thing... I wish the devs could allow users to change the fire emoji to any emoji... the fire thing can totally clash with some themes and branding. If you do that I will give 5 stars!

I have been using the app for a few weeks and I would certainly recommend. I would say that there a couple of features that the app is missing that I believe they are working on, and its my only reason for not giving it five stars. On the plus side, in just a few weeks, I have seen a boost in sales on our site, because of this app, which is great. On another strong note, the support team is highly responsive, very quick to fix any issue you may have and also very knowledgeable. For stores that have some sales, or get quite a bit of traffic and looking to convert that to better sales, I would highly, highly recommend. Its very easy to use, and the steps to setup are simple and clear. Great App!
