Great when it works but beware, in the month I've been using this app it has twice had an 8hour outage resulting in customers not receiving their download links.
The outages have occurred out of regular office hours and it seems there is no-one in the Fetch App office to either monitor the system or respond to support tickets making me wonder why "support staff on call 24/7/365 to ensure best ...
