Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

App is very easy and simple to use. Just drag and drop, even for different product variants. Uploading multiple files for the same product is an added bonus. Kartik has been very helpful with issues I've been having, as well as implementing tools that I though would be useful. Perfect app for what I need and well worth the price!

I was really nervous about trying to sell digital downloads and how to do it , but I knew I needed to get my head around it some time as I had craft and other downloads I want to offer in my store , as soon as I appeared to try to use the all, having downloaded it ages ago LOL ..Kartik was there to help and keeping an eye on things , I was nervous as I went through the process but Kartik was so helpful and supportive, love this app and so glad I chose it for my digital items , I well recommend it

Best Digital Product App on Shopify, works as expected. The only thing I am missing would be more customization option for the email templates.

Filemonk is the best app I've found from Shopify to automatically deliver digital downloads to my customers. The pricing for each tier is reasonable with plenty of room for my needs on the free option. After testing a couple of other apps from Shopify, I felt that the "download" emails they would send to my customers weren't customizable enough or looked spammy. I like that I can change the button colors and add my logo to each page to customize my customers' experience.

In addition to great performance from the app, Kartik (the developer) is AMAZING at customer service. After I reached out to him with a problem, he didn't just fix it for me - he created a whole new feature of the app in less than a day to make that change accessible for me should I want to keep editing it in the future!

I've been very pleased with Filemonk so far and would definitely recommend you use it as your digital download delivery system.

We're absolutely loving Filemonk at CG Hacks! We sell large digital downloads (1GB-5GB) and are able to work with customers easily through this system! The implementation the customer account downloads, and custom branding in the Pro plan is stellar! We would definitely recommend this service. The customer support is amazing and store implementation is a breeze!

So far, I've had a great experience with the app. Easy and intuitive to set up. When I had a (very small) issue, customer service (Sandesh) responded quickly and resolved it within hours. I'll come back to update my review once I've had more time using it.
