Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

This is the best digital products app on Shopify.

First of all, it's one of the only apps I could find that allows an external link to digital products rather than a downloadable file. My digital products are already hosted online, so there is nothing to download, but Filemonk lets me use the download button as a link. (Other apps always require you to upload a file). The button appears on thank you pages and in an email. And customers can always revisit the order page where their digital products are listed. Perfect.

Also, they have excellent support. Sneha and Anaam dealt with all my questions within minutes. At one point I even asked to adjust a feature and it was implemented by the developers the next day.

The pricing is affordable and they are generous with discounts. The feature ideas forum tab is a good sign that they listen to feature requests.

しかし、こちらもカスタマイズが可能で、DNSレコードを変更することで独自ドメインのメールアドレスへ対応できるようになりました。DNSレコードの設定は一見難しそうでしたが、カスタマーサポートの方々が非常に優秀で、日本語でのチャット対応もスムーズ。2日間にわたって丁寧にサポートしていただき、問題なく設定を完了できました。

I've been using Filemonk for a few months now and it's been running quite smoothly. All my initial setup issues were resolved very promptly by their customer service representative Sneha. I needed to view 50 products instead of 20 and they were able to change the default through their back end specially for my requirement. Also I needed my products in a particular sequence and this was also customised for me ftom their back end team. All in all I am very happy with their product and especially Sneha's help has been tremendous. Thank you.
