So far so good. Easy to setup and get started. Customer service seems great. I haven't received any orders yet, but once I do I can write a full review.

This app is very good, I've never had a problem and neither had my clients, also the users support is great!

This was my first time setting up to sell a digital product and it was an easy process, which I definitely appreciated. I like that their paid plans are reasonably priced. I had a question and the representative got back to me promptly and was very kind and professional. After I set up my product, I ran a test order and everything went smoothly! I highly recommend the Filemonk app.

This app is super easy to use! Makes fulfilling my digital products simple. I was also able to double my upload limit with the help of the support team. Really enjoying using this app.

I've tried other digital product apps for Shopify, but this one is my favorite. The interface is decently easy to use, and I've had no issues with any of its features. Seems to be doing exactly what it says it'll do. Support is also very responsive and helpful.

I've been using Filemonk for a few months now and it's been running quite smoothly. All my initial setup issues were resolved very promptly by their customer service representative Sneha. I needed to view 50 products instead of 20 and they were able to change the default through their back end specially for my requirement. Also I needed my products in a particular sequence and this was also customised for me ftom their back end team. All in all I am very happy with their product and especially Sneha's help has been tremendous. Thank you.
