Finaloop

Finaloop has been a game changer for my business. As a founder, accounting is not my area of expertise, and their team has made the entire process feel manageable and less stressful. I love that they understand Shopify and e-commerce, and I always get answers when I have questions. The platform gives me confidence that my books are accurate, and the team genuinely feels like an extension of my business. Highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Finaloop. I was charged around $4,000 with the promise of having access to a human bookkeeper for support, but that never materialized.

Within just a few weeks, I couldn’t reliably log in or get my accounts to sync, which made the service essentially unusable. When I reached out for help, instead of resolving the issues, I was told I would need to pay even more to get proper support. That was extremely frustrating and felt unreasonable.

Ultimately, I switched back to a traditional bookkeeping service and found it to be more reliable, and actually more affordable than this AI-based option.

Also, instead of refunding me for the remaining subscription they said they have a no return policy.

Based on my experience, I would recommend proceeding with caution.

Great e-comm focused accounting software. Switched to Finaloop at the beginning of 2024 from Quickbooks. No competition/regrets there. I had given Xero a trial around the same time, but found Finaloop to be more user friendly and more robust for my needs at the time. They have made many great updates since, including product suggestions that I have personally requested, which shows that they really listen to their customers and are committed to evolving with the times. I find their support to be very helpful and generally quick in response time (less than 24 business hours, with the exception of tax season - can be slightly longer). Reporting could be more robust - I know they are constantly trying to improve this. Overall highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier! I finally feel like my books are actually up to date and accurate and this is so much cheaper than what I was paying previously. A great solution for us.

Best app ever for accounting. They handle everything for me perfectly, and I'm a solo founder. I only spend 15mins a week on bookkeeping and accounting because of these guys.

Great experience! I have found my data to be a lot more accurate than other software I tried before due to the great integrations with Shopify. The support team is always very quick to reply and very thorough in their help. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant at first because of the price but in the end we were able to get rid of our bookeeper and are saving so much money. It's also helpful now that I am handeling it myself that I have a full picture of our financials instead of someone else who was organizing it all. It's also so much easier to to use than quickbooks. I have no financial background and it has given me a lot of clarity.

I also love that there are live agents there to help any time I have a question about accounting and using the platform. Very easy to get answers.

Phenomenal app and support from the team. Onboarding was great and this really covers EVERYTHING an e-commerce business needs from inventory, COGs, bookkeeping, revenue, charts, everything in one place. Couldn't be more pleased with it.

Changed my life. Not kidding. It has removed most of the weight on my shoulders for accounting and finance.

Also, you guys should add cashflow forecasting to know how big of working capital loans to get.

Had a great experience with the product overall and implementation of InventoryIQ. Helps me aggregate all the data in 1 place across 3 sales channels for real-time analysis. Support is fantastic.
