Firework Shoppable Video & UGC

I recently started using the Firework app for my Shopify store, and I have to say, my experience has been fantastic! Tal Kazmir has been incredibly patient and helpful in resolving various coding issues I encountered along the way. Their support has made the whole process much smoother. Overall, I am very satisfied with the app and hope it will help drive higher revenue for my store. Highly recommend!

The service and training are very comprehensive, and the usage and installation are straightforward and convenient. Definitely worth a try.

I had an issue with a subscription charge going through I did not mean to do and cancelled after 30 mins. Once I raised this issue I revieved an email fixing the issue within 5-10 minutes. The customer service is exceptional and very prompt.

ショップへの導入が簡単で、使いやすいアプリです。Fireworkがあれば、ショップ内の縦型動画からワンクリックで該当商品にアクセスできるので販売促進につながります。無料プランでも10個の動画をアップロードできるのも、かなり良いと感じています。もともとTikTokなどのSNS用に縦型動画を作っていてストックがある人に特におすすめです。「このアプリは日本語に翻訳されていません」と書かれておりますが、ほとんど日本語対応しているので、英語が苦手な方でも安心して使えます。管理画面上でデータ分析もしてくれるので、まずは無料版を試してみて効果を確認してみると良いと思います。

Cymbiotika - Our experience with Firework has been great. We use firework for UGC videos on our Product Pages as well as using it for Livestreams when we do product launches. It is reliable and the team is also super responsive. We also recently used the simultaneous livestream feature to go live on Instagram and it was a success.
