Amazing customer service. Julia is above and beyond. This is what is needed to keep apps alive. We can basically create most with AI now, but if the app is cheap and customisable, even with own vibe coding making it difficult, then I stay. And I stay. Most apps I delete now. Some are complicated and must wait, but this app is awesome for our complicated set up. Good job.
Customer service has been exceptional — Julia and the team are quick to respond and always proactive with suggestions. The app integrates cleanly into our custom Shopify theme without interfering with the design or performance. We've seen a genuine uptick in conversion since installing Fit Quiz and have just upgraded to the Premium plan. Highly recommend for any fashion brand looking to reduce size-related returns and improve the buying experience.
Really recommend both the app & the developer / support team behind it- we've used this for a number of years and we've been really impressed with how well the app works for us and how user friendly it is.

While Fit Quiz was installed on your shop, 57% of all orders (in supported categories) were made after using the app and with the recommended size. Sales conversion with Fit Quiz was 233% higher than without it. You gained $14 in revenue for every $1 spent on Fit Quiz.
Our pricing is fully transparent. Usage fees are clearly displayed when you activate the subscription, accept the terms in Shopify admin, and on the "Billing" page at any time after installation. There are no hidden fees. Usage charges only occur when a shopper uses Fit Quiz and adds the recommended size to their cart. You can view all such cases directly in the app at any time.
The app functioned without any technical or other issues while it was installed.
It's unfortunate you didn't check the analytics dashboard to see Fit Quiz's positive effect or reach out to us with any questions about pricing and usage fees.
Nevertheless, we're glad that Fit Quiz had such a great impact on your business and will be happy to help should you decide to try it again.

I've been a Fit Quiz customer for a long time, and our customers use it a lot. The app does its work very well! Alex helped us change to yearly billing, a significant improvement compared to usage billing. We will continue to expand our product range and integrate Fit Quiz!
*UPDATE REVIEW AFTER 2 YEARS USING* I had to remove my review, and initial stars. Before This app used to be beneficial, It did help out with customers. However, I've noticed over even the past year. you've been having a lot of issues that if we made even the slightest change to anything with our theme, the complete app would just disappear entirely. I wouldn't know about it, I wouldn't be notified about it, unlike other apps that tell me that there's an issue, and they attempt to try to resolve it before I even realize it., that was not the case here. it's a shame, because after having this app for two years, the potential that could be.. But right now, in the heat of Black Friday coming up and after almost a dozen times or more, having to manually do it myself and spent the last two hours straight attempting to contact customer service. being told that I can't talk to anyone until tomorrow. Period. To me, I'm not just going to do that anymore. I have a business to run. I don't have the time for that., It's just very frustrating to spend all the time, not just in one app, but many apps to make sure your site is as clear and updated as possible. But this is just becoming too much more of an expense for time than it is in incentive for what we need it for.

We've reached out several times but unfortunately didn't hear back – first, within 2 hours after reporting the issue and then a few more times in the days after.
As we've explained, the issue, you reported, was likely related to the new app/attribute added to theme, which was preventing Fit Quiz from loading. This could have been solved by simply updating the placeholder in the Fit Quiz settings. We previously assisted your developer with the similar issue and could have done this again this time around, but unfortunately the app was already uninstalled.
We always try to do our best and reply to customer requests or issues as fast as possible, but, of course, it might take longer, when done outside of work hours.
We are really sorry to see you go, especially after two years of fruitful collaboration with Fit Quiz making positive impact on sales and returns. We hope that this misunderstanding can be cleared and we will have a chance to work together again.

I’ve been using Fit Quiz for over a year now, and it has helped tremendously the way we handle sizing and fit for our customers.
Recently, I encountered a minor issue where a button led to a "404 page not found" error, but it was quickly resolved. It’s a good feeling to know that behind a great product there's a support team that’s equally efficient.
