I’ve been using Fit Quiz for over a year now, and it has helped tremendously the way we handle sizing and fit for our customers.
Recently, I encountered a minor issue where a button led to a "404 page not found" error, but it was quickly resolved. It’s a good feeling to know that behind a great product there's a support team that’s equally efficient.
The monthly reports generated by Fit Quiz offers deep insights that help us understand our customers’ needs better. I can't recommend Fit Quiz highly enough for any retailer looking to improve their sizing accuracy and customer experience.
Hij gaat alleen maar uit van de maat die je normaal draagt, als ik bij wijze van spreke 4XL invul en zeg dat ik 150cm ben geeft die alsnog aan dat mijn maat 3XL is... klopt niet en te duur voor wat je krijgt. ook de uitlijning van de tekst op je productpagina is niet handig en goed in te stellen...
Hi team, sorry to hear about your experience with Fit Quiz. It seems, that you had less than 15 mins between completing the setup and uninstalling the app. This might be the reason, why some of the core functionality of Fit Quiz got missed/wasn't set up correctly.
1. You've marked your products as true to size with minimal sensitivity.
Our "Size Models" page has an option to create as many custom models, as you wish, and comes with a video explaining how Fit Quiz works and how to make sure it's set up according to your sizing. Unfortunately, you have not used any of these (free) custom options.
2. Fit Quiz calculates the size based on many factors, include the size model and its sensitivity (as mentioned above), as well the product details. Your store primarily sells t-shirts, where height will play less of a role compared to, for example, pants. Fit Quiz does its best to learn about every given product but if a shop has not added correct sizing details, there is only so much it can do.
3. Directly in the app (and free of charge), shops can make basic design customizations – for example, change the text, use custom colors, fonts and icons. Additionally, it's possible to set padding and margins, as well as have different styling for web and mobile. Our Pro and Premium plans have even broader customization options - including custom recommendation logic and design changes of the widget.
It's also possible to place the Fit Quiz button, where you want on a product page.
As a founder of the company, I'm sorry if some of the setup/integration instructions were not clear, as it seems that there was a misunderstanding around the possible customizations and the overall setup of the app.

5/5 stars! Easy to use and a great tool to minimise returns. The fit quiz calibration based on customer feedback is great, and for launching new products it's easy to base a fit quiz on an existing product or calibrate in-house.
For custom developments (like fit quizzes for all product categories on a "general" size guide page) they provide expert advise and were able to implement within a matter of days!

Finnaly a unique solution for clothing stores that doesnt bother the client with weight issues. Also you have body image figures that help the client to recognize herself with her body type. Very intuitive and fast to recommend a size. I did a lot of tests and works well. The support is great and helps you a lot!
