If you are a small business, DO NOT USE FLASHBOX! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Flashbox has messed up about 5 orders of mine and I just started with them in middle of January. Just used this to RECEIVE an item from a merchant, and it absolutely delivered on its next day promise. Going to be using them for my local deliveries.
