I still can’t believe Shopify Flow is completely free. It’s a powerful, intuitive, and beautifully integrated tool that feels like it should cost hundreds per month. It was very easy to edit and I loved the set up for the email content did not need to change much, having my brand colours already there. Each step of the way was easy and I am no tech person.

Overall game-changer in terms of operational flexibility. We wouldn't be able to run our business without it. Would LOVE to be able to duplicate blocks within a flow, but that's my only gripe!
I like the fact that the necessary emails are set to automatically go out when they're supposed to. I don't have to think about it first, then schedule each one individually.
