Klax Follow‑Up Email Marketing

I was looking for an automated email option that was easy to use and was reasonably priced for a small business. After installing and deleting a couple of other email apps I found this app was exactly what I was after. The templates make it super easy to format your message or you can dive deeper with more customization if needed. Their customer service is outstanding and they get back to you quickly if you have questions. For the price and the time spent creating the emails, you can't go wrong with this app.

2024 Update: APP HAS BEEN ABANDONED BY DEVELOPER. DO NOT SIGN UP. Unfortunately 5 years after my initial review this app seems to be faltering. Problems with delivering emails, at times when you try to access the app you just get a 'bad gateway' message, and customer service, which was once very fast and helpful, now is virtually non-existent with no reply for many days or more. I will likely start looking for an alternative at this point.

2019: Got the app to send individual downloads codes to customers after checkout automatically. With some tweaks it's been working like a charm. Great customer service as well to help us get what we needed - very responsive and quick. A lot of other features we have yet to delve into but intend to. Recommended!

The team is great, they are responsive and are constantly trying to make the product better. Functionality is good- we'll see if it actually drives more reviews but its easy to set up and has a lot of options.

This app is very easy to use and converts abandoned carts extremely well! Before we installed Follow Up Email Marketing, we were averaging 5-7% recovery on abandoned carts with the Shopify abandoned cart recovery.

After installing Follow Up Email Marketing and using it for the last couple of months, we are now at 18-21% recovery which is an amazing improvement!

We've tried other abandoned cart recovery apps in the past that did fancy emails but did not convert anywhere near this. Great app guys and well worth the money.

This is a great app. I already installed it and amazingly all the features are working perfectly for my client store!

Seems like it could work very well. I am excited at the long list of features and functionality.

It is great to be able to automate the process of sending follow up emails. I am still learning how to get the most out of this product but so far I am very satisfied! I look forward to using this app more in the future.

It is ease to use and have a few good features! It is just taking some long to active the automated emails.
