Fontify: Google & Custom Fonts

I experienced trouble navigating and toggling the font settings on the app. I began to become frustrated but I decided to reach out to their support team. I am so grateful I did! Once I requested support from their Live Chat, within a few minutes, I was connected with their stellar representative, Anna. She was and is wonderful. She guided me on how to navigate their app and system. She should me how to write the code into their custom elements - and what buttons to tick and untick. It was a process, almost one hour, also because I am new to Shopify.

Wow, I learned so much from her during that time. I truly was blown away by the support, patience and care she gave me and my situation. Thanks to her on your team, my problem is solved!

The app makes it easy to add fonts to your website without knowing code. When I did hit a snag with uploading a new font, Susan from their team jumped on the chat immediately and uploaded the font for me. Other companies could learn a lot from their customer service.

I like this app because it helped me to set different font types for each language in my store because my store have 2 differnet languages.

The app is friendly and easy to use.

best app ever and best support, helpful and frindly

I wasted a lot of time configuring the app and I didn't like it. It is necessary to enter ccs codes to manage the sizes and I hate codes. That's why I have Shopify and pay apps, so I don't have to deal with them. I paid for the plan for customizable fonts, but seeing it in action and seeing the complexity was not to my taste. Not recommended for those who avoid coding with ccs. I did not give a one-star review just because support treated me kindly and tried to help me configure codes.

The help from Jade was perfect. She helped me with a lot of questions that i had. I would recommend this app because of their customer support!
