A free version worth using. Unlike so many Shopify form builder apps the free version actually has good functionality. Support is also good. As a WP developer I can't really in good conscience give any Shopify app 5 stars as they are in general a rip off, but this one is well worth 4.5.

Made the exact form I needed within minutes of downloading the app. Very intuitive and easy to use. Fully customizable with my fonts etc. Also customer service is great!

GREAT app. I installed it and needed some help and DEEPA was online and helped me with some configuration. I have installed many apps before that don't even work, but let alone try getting support.
