Great little App. Even the free plan is enough for most shops. we use this App across our two shopify stores. easy to install and you can be up and running in minutes. Recommend.

So far very easy to use and custom service support was great even on the free plan! I like that i can make the forms more custom or keep them simple.

There is no fully functioning 7 day trial like there is with most apps, so you have to pay a month subscription to see if it will meet requirements, which in my case it didn't.

Did not find anything free on this app as advertised. Every button I pressed to create a form tells you to upgrade to use that feature. Not impressed.

You don't have to go for PRO if you don't need any advanced personalization. Let us know if you need any help in creating a form, our team will gladly take care of your needs.
Free version is soooo limited it basically won't let you do anything.

Sorry that you feel that way. We respectfully disagree with your review as it's not accurate and not fair. We offer Unlimited Forms and Fields under the free version. Yes, there are some paid versions but over 8000+ free customers use the form daily. If you have issues with our app from a functional or support perspective, feel free to share that but it's not fair to add a negative review because we want to charge for features we've built and make sure our business makes money. This app is great for contact pages. I highly recommend to anyone looking to offer file upload options. The support is extremely helpful and took care of all issues I encountered.

I used this app to create a "Get Involved" form. It's free, and it works great. My favourite feature is that you can have some questions only appear on the form if the visitor selects a specific option from a drop down menu. Also, you can have an automatic response sent to the customer from your email address when they fill out the form - so they know that the form went through. No complaints here - great options for a free app.
