I really like this app! It has the features I need and is easy to use. I had an issue with one of my forms not saving, so I contacted support via chat. They responded immediately and, over a couple of days, fixed the issue.

The staff's feedback was very timely and the form was simple and intuitive, which was very friendly.

The free version of this app works well. However asking for customized changes was a bit complicated because of unclear communication. Eventually everything worked out but there was frustration at the start.

Slow support, support doesnt help at all with no ETA. it's been about 4-5 days and app doesn't work. Built a contact us page but when submit no message saying it's submitted and it's not coming through. I don't know what developers are doing but they need to do better...

Customer support team was on top of my issue and solved very quickly.

Super customizable and easy to set up. 10/10 would recommend.
Support is also great, very responsive and I had answers and solutions within minutes.

Customer service was great. I needed something done that was apart of the pro section but Deepa was still able to make those changes.
