Great app, does exactly what it says, easy to install. The pdf file wasn't uploading (due to my mistake) but Ken was fast to reply and fix the issue. Quick, professional and super friendly customer support. Recommend!

I submitted a request after having trouble rendering my contact page on my site. Hulk responded to my request literally within ten minutes. Once I approved them as a collaborator, they solved my problem within another ten minutes! I highly recommend Hulk Contact Form Builder.
Very simple interface that's easy to use, set up, and customize. Customer support super quick and very helpful. Highly recommend!
So far so good! Had an issue with theme and page integration, Cristian gave me and my business TOP TIER support, solved a problem that was specific to my theme, and all is working as it should now.
I download very few apps to keep my business lean and mean, HULK will be staying on my site for the long haul!
