Very useful app and wonderful support. You can even schedule a free onboarding call with them. Muaza and Haris was great help!
Hulk Form Builder is easy to use. The form can be embedded into Shopify Pages. There is a wide variety of form elements so you can customize your content according to the needs. What's more, the support team is very attentive. They response very fast to your enquiries and provide assistance. They are willing to go extra miles to help you to tackle the issues. Thanks to Manoj and the team. One thing is that the Form Schedule in the Pro Plan is now by date only. They will roll out by time restriction next month. Looking forward to have it very soon.

Whenever I encounter issues, the tech support team is very prompt to assist. Currently, I'm using the free version to test out how this form will perform on my site. Therefore, I may provide an updated review in the future.
We haven't experienced the app since added, however the form format options and features are impressive and fitting for our store.
Also, having the option to create multiple forms has been ideal.
Having used the Hulk contact us form for several years, I was pleased to see the more comprehensive form builder offered.
Once again excellent service from Nitesh in support who quickly helped with a query and I was up and running in minutes.
I haven't put it to deep use yet, but the setup was very simple and the support from Kerim was great. It appears it will do everything I want.
Works really well, easy to customise to fit into your theme & reasonably priced too. Very user friendly so have only had to use support once but when I did that was satisfactory too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
A development request for the future - it would be helpful to be able to select multiple fields for the 'only show if' function.
