Easy to use and fast to set up. Works perfectly. I'm currently using the free plan but will probably upgrade as the app is worth it.

60% of the app simply doesn't work. They messed up my theme then I had to clean up my theme.liquid + additional script in snippets. I would rather prefer to have Jotform or any other form app and pay some fee than this.

I have tried many form builder apps, this was by far the most user friendly, especially when inserting a form into a page - I would highly recommend!!!!

It was really simple and easy to setup. It helpt me do a simple Contactform like I planned to do. :)
