Powerful Contact Form Builder

I used many form applications on different CMS's but this one is really great and easy to use. It has all the functionalities that you need to create great forms and the support of the developer is second to none. Thank you.

Easy to use and good APP.
I would be happy if I could change the horizontal size of the form template a little more freely.

The forms can be easily embedded in the shop and offer a good variety of options for customising them to your needs. I have used the forms for several year nows, and even though I have had occasional problems, Emma from Globo's support has handled them very quickly.

Super easy to use and implement your final form onto your website. I really loved the conditional logic options and was pretty impressed with myself after creating a few forms with this app. I would definitely recommend it!
