If you're looking for a custom product inquiry app that is both user-friendly and effective, I highly recommend this one. Customer support is great! There was an error with my form not automatically grabbing the customers email when they are already logged in. Customer support got back to me right away and it took a few emails back and forth but once we figured out the bug they fixed it within the hour!

Hard to find a powerful app that is plug and play for contact forms with out hiring a developer. Installed it and configured it and it is working great.
