This App is very easy to use and they have awesome customer service. I don't have any coding background. The customer service team gives me very detailed instructions and even fixes issues that I am not able to handle.

Great app, they were quick to answer, did not fit our needs as we changed our store way of operation, but the making of forms and adding them is very easy great app and great support.

Love the look of the forms on my store, the appearance is easy to edit. Also, the technical support was first-class.

Great simple Form builder with multiple options. Easy to configure, and with the paid version you have unlimited forms to build - very handy when testing ads.

I really needed a simple way just for my clients to be able to attach an image file to emails through my site. This was absolutley perfect for it. I had a small issue at first but the support team got onto it really quick. Very happy with this.
