It's great because it's very fast, kind, and accurate assist.

Everything is working perfectly. I had an issue with the form once, but Emma from the support team assisted me very quickly.

I had some difficulties with the app. I came in contact with Emma from the customer service and she was was very friendly and helpfull and within a few minutes my issue was solved and everything worked perfectly!

Haven't yet launched the app live on my website but first impressions are very good, the app is very user-friendly and Emma was able to help with a query I had very quickly, so looks very promising.

Easy to use app. The forms look great. Easy to embed in any page. Had a minor issue but support got me fixed up quick.

I noticed an issue with the app in my storefront environment. By the time I reached out to support the issue was already resolved on my end. Support followed up with my ticket multiple times to ensure all was well.

I just installed this form builder for my store and got stuck with some small integration issue but as soon as i contacted their support they replied me instantly and solved my problem the help person name was Emma that manually took over the access and really helped me out.
Really satisfied with the instant support plus the app UI is also easy to use and making forms and taking submissions from customers is very easy.
All in all great app
