AAA ‑ Custom Form Builder App

Super unhappy with Form Builder for several reasons:
1) No ability to duplicate a form, but instead must build each from scratch, a ridiculous waste of time.
2) Adding photos to a form has to be done within the HTML code of the page on which the form will live and frequently, any addition to the code creates errors within the data collected through the form.
3) Form data does is not connected to anything within Shopify -- new records or orders are not created within my Shopify store, requiring manual effort to create orders when customers submit via the forms.
4) "Edit Preferences" from "View Details" in my Shopify app list generates a "file not found" error, making it impossible for me to change my account preferences, cancel my account, etc.
5) Support limited to email only for first 2 levels of account, which honestly is too little for such a manually oriented app.

A very user-friendly app that delivers on it's promise. The support is also excellent, and we had almost immediate feedback on our requests. Recommended!

We have been using this App for two of our stores and we are really happy with it. If anything needs to be changed because of doesn't work properly or something else, the developers will do it for you.

I love the reg form! Love the activate functionality.
I would really like to see more customization possibilities, Layout options, dialog box sizes (really do you need the entire width of the screen for every field?

The thought put into the variety of possible forms is awesome. Easy to create forms. After I created my form I needed assistance in setting it up on a specific page on my site. Got an immediate response and the team went above and beyond to quickly do what I need without me even having to ask. Was very very very impressed with the level of customer service. App is really helpful - but could do with some user interface upgrades to make it easier to use. We built a wholesale application form with it. There were some bugs, but the developers fixed them quickly and efficiently.

Very useful app especially with the payment option. Support was also helpful. Would be great if they eventually added it's own custom email blast feature so you don't have to rely on another app for emails.

This may be one of the best apps in the Shopify app store. I wish I would have found it sooner. Great customer service and a lot of options in it.
