This app is simple to use, quick to set up, and offers features that are easy to understand right away. The support team has also been excellent—every time I had a question, they replied quickly and provided helpful, straightforward answers. Overall, I’m really happy with the app and the service.
Fantastic form application. Allows us to create a form approval workflow. We are also able to approve and reject customers and notify customers by email if their registration has been approved or rejected by email. Stefano has been most helpful in adding extra features when requested and fixing any errors or glitches when they occur. Formful is a Fantastic application
A great app for forms. It's straightforward and auto styling makes the form a seamless part of your site out of the box. We were able to build the forms and post-processing just like we wanted. Support 5/5.

Form doesn't get emailed to the email addresses - even though it has been configured to. Sent a message to their support over a week ago and no response. This is a paid app and I would expect better. I now have to uninstall this app, find a new one, and rebuild all the forms. Do not recommend.

Formful is an easy to use App for your Shopify Store. I had some special requests, which were answered really fast and really professional. Now I am 100% happy and I tried different form apps, but this is the best!
Have been using this app for over year and its been great. Simple and clean.
