Not very useful when you use 3rd party fulfilment and your store is set to auto fulfil orders.

Give the app the power to fulfil or not fulfil orders based on its filters. Then it has value for the many thousands of customers using 3rd party fulfilment services.

Also a separate database of customers that have been flagged as warning would be good, then other shops that get my fraudulent customers would get a waring and a held order for them to look into.

Doesn't seem to work. I am trying a block a specific customer from buying any products or contacting me via my store contact form (the person keeps harassing me with offensive messages) but regardless of what rule I create it makes no difference. Really disappointed. Any help making that work?

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. While Fraud Filter doesn't prevent customers from messaging you, you can block them from checking out on your store. If you'd like to block someone from contacting you, then you can block their email through the inbox from your email provider.

TERRIBLE for digital products - no matter what rules you set up, the system will still fulfill. Contacted Shopify regarding this, and they have no answers.

It doesn't work. I have created a filter to cancel an order from a given IP or Phone Number or Name and.... the filter is not triggered...

Does nothing. You can have like 50 filters or rules and it literally does absolutely nothing. Worthless.

Pretty poor. All criteria has to be met for it to work. so if you put a name and an address for example, both would have to match in order for the filter to be applied. Then if the person simply changes their address it wouldn't work. This means in order for it to be effective you have to create 100's of separate filters for each rogue customer. It would instantly transform this app with the simple addition of giving us the choice to add filters with an AND/OR option but considering everyone have been requesting this same feature for almost 2 years I doubt they will implement it. You just get a canned uninterested response saying. "we will pass on the request to our engineers" Don't bother with this app it wont do what you want it to.

This app no longer works properly, it flags up but no longer cancels the orders, no point in having it installed.

Absolutely useless for digital products!! I have someone set up to be blocked and it let them purchase and sent them the digital product (they downloaded it), then refunded their money! What is the point in that? Uninstalling now and not impressed. Just another half-arsed app.

Worthless app, unfortunately. It won't block orders...it will only cancel them after the fact, if it works at all.
