This app sucks. We have several emails, shipping addresses and IP addresses blocked and set to cancel the order, re-stock product inventory and issue a refund, which NEVER works. Some others we have set to issue a warning in the Shopify admin, which we never receive. Swing and miss, Fraud Filter.
Do your business a huge favor and use FraudLabs Pro instead.
Avoid this app, don't waste your time on it. I am still getting orders from the customers who are blocked for filing false charge backs. This is create a rule by identifying all the key indicators which can identify the customers. For example: IP, Shipping address, phone number, card# etc. It doesn't even give a hint that this customer is on the block list. I email shopify support about it, but didn't get a resolution.

Has been useful for alerting to staff to unwanted buyers. Unfortunately it will not prevent these buyers checking out so we lose transaction fees when we cancel the orders. Tried to use it to day and it is broken.

Useless. It does not allow you to apply a filter on the "Shopify fraud detection system score" Looks like everyone has accessed for this.
You have not problems charging us $ for fraud chargeback. or $ to use our our payment gateways that have this function.

The biggest fraud happens when billing addresses are different than shipping addresses and when they use expedited shipping. Both of those functions are missing!
useless app, might as well just leave the orders open and see if you get a chargeback... the real crime here is Shopify charging merchant fees even when the payment is refunded. Cashapp doesnt do this, Venmo doesnt do this, PayPal doesn't do this...

This app does nothing. It does not work. I have to write a minimum of 100 characters but I have nothing more to say apart from this app is pointless.

it is not filtering or catching fraudulent orders.even i have detail filters in place.
It is simple tool, free, limited with no activity or analytics. it is not working for me.
This app should be called, "voluntarily share your customer's info with us, and we'll do nothing for you in return Filter." I need an app that can block specific customers, and also block sales to specific states and zip codes. Fraud Filter claims it can do that . The rules that I set up, were made to do that, but, this app does NONE of those things. This is just a scheme for them get your customer's metadata. It's completely useless for anything else. Clearly the 5 star reviews are fake. Don't use this app. It's a fraud. You've been warned.
