We just recently launched, so we haven't had many orders yet. But I find the functionality works fine for us so far and I like that it supplements the already existing fraud analysis in shopify that shows up in the admin side when viewing each order.

I had a customer who I did not want to buy from me again. This app has allowed me to block them from purchasing from my store in the future.

This app does have it's flaws, but I have a pretty major suggestion if you are trying to use it! Turn on manual payment capture so you do not need to take the processing fee! I have had someone persistently trying to place orders, and manual payment capture helps SO much with this app.

This app doesn't get the respect it deserves. Having worked with other e-commerce platforms I can tell you that other platforms will not have anything like this to protect your store. Sure they'll have the PCI level 1 compliance but that won't stop fraudsters from going nuts in your store. Absolutely brilliant idea and works very well.

If you don't have this app get it RIGHT NOW. You need it.
