Terrible, does not block any order regardless of the method you use, email name etc..
The app does not work at all. The filters do not block any orders. The app has been a complete waste of time.
The app does not block customers from placing orders. At the most. It may flag them. Meanwhile... Shopify, your cc, Paypal... All get to keep the fees on the order.
DO NOT use in any circumstances. After I Installed it on our website, our orders dropped dramatically. We couldn't find any reason and were thinking maybe something is wrong with our pricing or marketing. After a deep investigation, we found that customers simply COULD'T click on CHECKOUT button!!!
I don't really know how much it costed us by not having any customer for two weeks! but I wouldn't install any other app from this developer or any other un-trusted source.
I installed this because the app is advertised as being able to "block" a customer from ordering, but that is false advertising. You can only cancel the order or send yourself a warning. So I uninstalled it. Absolutely terrible.

Horrible app. It definitely doesn't do enough for you and has not enough flexibility. I lost money using this app rather than it helping me. I'd highly suggest that you do this yourself than rely on this app that is poorly constructed and designed to have you actual fail more.
Won't install (gives a 404 error)
Not a very well developed app. Disappointing coming from official Shopify. The rulesets are limited to 'AND' only. You cannot do 'OR' rules. Also, it only cancels the order being placed instead of preventing the order from being placed in the first place. That means you are still paying processing fees to Shopify. Please improve this app as Fraud prevention is a critical part of any online store.

When setting up a filter, you can only add a field to one side of the equation. In other words, I can set a filter to reject orders where billing name does not match "Bill," specifically, but I can't set a filter to reject orders where the billing name does not match the shipping name. It's ludicrous to me that Shopify would put their name on an app missing such simple logic. Use Shopify Flow, instead. Much more powerful.

This app didn't work. An order was placed even though we had set up a filter to cancel the order from a specific email address who we know is fraudulently ordering.
