I have a question. This app is installed and configure some fraud rules in my store. But if some Fraudulent orders still are created, how does this responsibility identify? which side will pay for these users, Shopify or merchant.

Shopify does not cover any associated fees a merchant may pay due to chargebacks, which are a potential consequences of fraudulent orders. Something else that might be useful in a future update would be a dynamic filter to proactively alert us of multiple orders from the same IP or zipcode.
Great free app! Works well with the built in enhanced risk detection system and gives an extra added level to block fraudsters. Gives me peace of mind so I don't have to worry about chargebacks and can focus on sales, marketing and business development. :-)
