Wow, simply wow! This app can prevent you from fraud. It cancels the order after the order is done & PREVENTS THE CUSTOMERS PAYMENT so you don't pay the payment provider fees. Nick from the Development team also helped us super quickly with some custom rules right from the start for a much lower price than we expected, so we were able to blacklist our main troll customers right in the beginning - I recommend to write to the support before you install the app if you also have this need. :) If I could I would grant 7 stars and more with my review.
Its only good for one Option. Auto refund high risk Orders. In my Opinion this Option should be integrated in ShopifyPayments.
Orders from potential fraudsters are automatically cancelled and refunded. The app is great!
The support is always available and very helpful. We are now very well protected against fraudsters and annoying chargebacks.
We had big problems with fraudsters in the past. After testing several apps, we came across FraudBlock. Through FraudBlock's support, we were able to create rules according to our wishes. We now have the issue of frauds under control. Great app, easy to use and excellent support. I would always recommend it.

I recommend using "No Fraud Fraud Protection", has everything I need and customer service is friendly.
You can ***only*** get the Blacklist option via request. And even after request there is no convenient button to use so you always have to use the link they give you. Pretty basic need for a "fraud app", but no - they don't have it
As you mention, the app has a blacklist feature, so I'm not sure why you're saying "they don't have it"? Providing false information in reviews really doesn't help anyone.

This is a really great and simple app. It has the ability to cancel and refund orders automatically, which can save you a significant amount of time and money. You can also whitelist your customers once you confirm that they are safe. Would recommend this app 100%.
i used this app for last 1.5 months and found this app blocks all highrisk orders and cancels the orders but will sometimes not refund the amount, and later on you will be issued with a chargeback of additional $25 from bank. The funniest part is if we contact the customer service they will say everything is all good from their side its issue of the shopify app in converting the currency and will inform to refund manually.so its only partially working . may be only 70%. check opting.
Thanks for your review! As I explained on our live chat, this was an issue with Shopify showing a different currency on the order itself than the actual payment currency, which is an extreme edge case. I identified and fixed the issue (affecting 0.02% of multi-currency orders) while we were talking on the live chat.
This app has been highly effective at automating the process of cancelling and refunding high risk orders, and has also shown to curb the number of fraudulent orders being placed. Highly recommend for any stores dealing with frequent fraud issues.
This app is a time saver. used it after receiving several high-risk orders from Mexico and few other countries. So I decided to install it so I can automatically cancel those others. couldn't be happier. It works really great and you don't even have to think about it. Thank you for making this app.
I used this app after getting several fraud orders from Mexico. I knew it was the same scammer but could not figure out how to stop this cat, until I added FraudBlock to my site. It 100 % legit stopped this dude at every attempt, no matter what name they used, what card they tried, or what delivery address they used. This app works like gold. In order to reduce the admin overhead of dealing with High risk orders, we utilised Fraudblock. It's simple UI made installation and use VERY easy. Also, Nick from Fraudblock has been a brilliant help in some finer customisations that we wished to make. For his support alone, I will recommend this app to everyone, so it really helps that the App itself is also simply brilliant to use in its own right!!
I don't know what i would have done without this app. FraudBlock has saved me thousands dollars by instantly canceling all high risk orders. I have used this app for 2 months and that was the best decision i made after suffering damages from such fraudulent orders. The best part is the app does all of those fantastic things for free.
I love this app. I have had this app since October 2019 & it has helped me to avoid a couple High Risk Orders & it does all the e-mailing, restocking, canceling & at the same time give a great sense of security. Every time I contact the developers they respond within a day or two. This is a GREAT App & they are GREAT People.

We love this app. Very easy to install. We have a lot of orders which need review manually and it does it for us. It worked by pushing the buyer to keep trying to purchase until they passed the filter. Very good app!
