Hextom: Free Shipping Bar

I give it a 5 because it does what it says. I am using the debut theme, and had a little trouble. Did the manual html addition and got the bar to work, as for changing the style of the bar, no luck. But I am okay with that. I'l trouble shoot it later. Thanks for the free product guys.
