Free Shipping Bar is an excellent app with a variety of uses that does it's job perfectly. This app is easily customisable with basic modifiers so no HTML or CSS knowledge is required to customise this app.

This app also has a number of out of the box uses, such as using and configuring the bar to display a cookie usage warning to your visitors to inform them that your website uses cookies.

Overall for a free app this is 10/10.
