The app did not work exactly how we wanted out of the box. However, Mina in the Customer service team was super patient and helped to get the APP working how we needed and that it represented the brand correctly.
Its a great app and works really well.

Really love the app, i've tried many other apps and they didn't offer the features that i needed, Free Gifts app has all of the features for any kind of offer. It will add and remove a product from the cart automatically when the conditions are met.

I am doing a trial with this app. I must tell that the support I have receive is really great, all my problem were solved immediately and the app is just working great. I must wait the results, but all the preparation was just perfect for me.

The app it good - support are very helpful and quick!
Robert and Mikie were helping me fast and made all adjustments I asked for.

But it will be nice to have more options inside the app - like changing size of the pop-up, and add custom description.
In this case I will not interrupt support and will do everything by myself.

I have to say I have been pretty blown away with the level of customer support on this app, and the amount of customisation / control that is possible.

Nicolas, John and the team have offered me pretty much 24/7 support over the last few days in setting the app up on my two shopify stores, in the run up to Black Friday. I've been able to create a buy-one-get-one-free offer that tracks with my store's inventory, handles multiple variations on those products with ease, and maxes out at three free products per customer.

Every time I've thought 'Oh I wish I could make the app do X or Y' I've found a button in the settings that allows me to control it.
