5 star app and support. This was the perfect solution to offer a free product with purchase without the use of coupon code and without making the customer add the product themselves. Set up is intuitive and if you need any help or additional support their support team is proactively there to help you and make sure you have a seamless set up and that customizations are fit to your needs. Shoutout to Mina and Harry for quick, kind, and effective service!

Used the app to offer buy one get one free promotion and it delivered. The native discounts function on Shopify works but is not intuitive to the customer (you have to add two items to cart to make BOGO come true). The user interface is not super straight forward, but luckily the support is very quick to respond and they were able to resolve my issues quickly. Would recommend for anyone looking for a gift offer function to their store.
