Amazing Customer Service: I have been on Shopify for many years now and have tried a lot of apps over time... nothing compares to the customer support I received form David, it was 1. extremely quick AND off hour (as I decided at 6pm to set up a new app for an email going out at 6am the next day) but 2. also very friendly and easy along the way... I'm excited to continue to use this app and have access to other (hopefully equally as awesome) Customer Representatives like David.

This is my favourite free gifts app! I don't love that the install requires code changes in so many places of my theme, or that each time I click 'APPLY' it re-installs the gift code in a place that I don't want it installed, but other than that it is quite robust and reliable and makes it easy for my customers to opt into their gifts. We are loving this app. We were running regular Bogo promotions using other apps that were complicated and time consuming to set up and constantly fail to operate consistently; causing both unhappy customers and wasting our support teams time addressing complaints. The Free Gifts app however is both powerful and a piece of cake to set up a promo on. And the service is the best I have ever experienced from any developer. Lightning fast and intelligent responses to any request. Highly recommend this crew.
