This app has improved our shipping costs to the customers 100%. To be able to have LTL loads with live cost is amazing. It has shown to improve our abandon carts as well. I highly recommend this app.

Click ship has helped me streamline my shipping process! I was nervous to switch over, but Maythum, my account rep, has been super helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. We have some bugs with the app and printing manifests, but overall by far the best shipping app I have tried in the past years! I give it 5 stars also because the customer service is very good

The Freightcom app has been a great fit for us; and they offer good service and support.
Setup was straight forward. Products setup as variants are managed correctly for shipping (weight and dimensions). We selected the mix of carriers that works for us -- and we can add or remove a carrier at any time. Our customers appreciate having a choice of carrier because they know which is the preferred carrier in their area.
With a few small adjustments regarding the dimensions of our products, the app's algorithm calculates and pre-selects the proper/best/effective case size for packing the items of any given order -- which is important in correctly calculating shipping costs.

This app makes shipping to my customers smooth, not to mention the money my customers save by using freightcom versus Canada post.

I have been using Freightcom for over a year now, and it has completely changed my business for the better! For Canadian businesses installing this app is a NO BRAINER. Literally helped me save hundreds on shipping overnight. The app is very user friendly and full of useful features. I love the support I've received so far from Daniel and my Freightcom rep, Riaz. The fact that Shopify forces Canadian sellers to purchase Canada Post shipping labels using USD is perhaps the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard especially considering Shopify is a Canadian company. The app gives me access to super affordable shipping rates that I would have never otherwise had. I can ship to US from Canada and offer rates lower than what stores in the US even offer. Website is well made and is often being updated. I once emailed in some suggestions for improvement and saw they had taken and implemented one just a day later. Mj is always super helpful if I have concerns or questions.

This app has saved me a LOT of problems, especially through the Canada Post strike. Now that we are slowing using CP again, we are keeping this app, and the shipping options it provides, available for our customers. And honestly, we still use this 90% more than our CP options.

That being said I do hope they add Canada Post to their shipping carriers soon so I can just use this and nothing else :)
