I have not contacted their customer service. I also like the way they email you after you sign up for the app, with screenshots of how the app will look on your site. well done

I installed this app recently and so far I am loving it. The app offers a few different placements of the widget on the page, neither one of which worked for my store. I could have spent countless hours trying to figure out how to place it where I needed it. Instead, I contacted the team and within minutes, they have placed the widget where I needed it to be. Wow, for a free app, I am blown away! I don't get this service from apps I pay for... Also, they automatically matched the look of the widget to my font and colors of my site. How cool is that! I Am Deleting This App , The app was fully functional , It Worked Perfectly .... I reccomend this product ..... However I am Uninstalling this App Because I dont want to be charged..... I cant spend money i dont have sorryy..

Installed the app and within minutes the widget appeared on our product pages. It blended in well from the start. I reached out to customer support to ask for a few changes and they were on it within another couple minutes.
