Great app, and fantastic customer service! Todd is very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions I had. There was an issue where the app wasn't working properly with my theme, Todd answered my phone call right away and kept in touch with me through e-mail and let me know as soon as he got it fixed! This app is intuitive and user-friendly. Despite a few hiccups in synchronising customer data when we first started it's coming together really nicely. We have also requested for styling customisation and the team have updated the button styling already. Great work and prompt response!

Seems like it could be perfect but not loading all my customers so there's no way to link all my current outstanding credits for use online etc. Reached out to customer service (phone and web) and no one has gotten back to me...

FreshCredit has been so easy to use! We have implemented it on our wholesale side of our business for all of our retailers. It's an easy few clicks to get a credit out to the stores. The app is so easy to use as a store owner. A good solution to the issue of how to manage store credit without using gift cards. There is a limitation of one discount/code per order. Because I use a discount code for my wholesale customers, I cannot use this app for my store.
